AJ MENDEZ
Head of Development
AJ, who has been part of Piller/Segan for 15 years, helps lead the company efforts in the discovery of nurturing nascent talent and guiding writers towards a future as creators / showrunners.
She has played an active role in staffing Piller/Segan’s television series, particularly with Greek, Haven, Private Eyes, and most recently, Wild Cards.
AJ currently serves as a producer of Wild Cards. Previously, she served as a producer on Private Eyes and as Co-Producer of the Lifetime movie Sea Change.
AJ is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and lives with her husband Brenden, their young daughter, and their French bulldog.
