Lloyd Segan is a producer and founding partner of Piller/Segan, who, with his partner Shawn Piller, have created high value global entertainment / intellectual property brands that have changed and raised the profiles of platforms that exhibit them. Piller/Segan's series have been acknowledged through multiple honors, including CSAs, Emmys, GLAAD, Humanitas, Peabody, and Saturn Awards.

Lloyd currently serves as Executive Producer of the upcoming spinoff series Private Eyes West Coast (Global), which reunites original stars Jason Priestley and Cindy Sampson in an all-new chapter of the beloved series.

He also serves as Executive Producer of the breakout hit Wild Cards (CBC/The CW, Amazon Prime Video).

Over the course of his career, Segan has developed and produced numerous hit multi-season series, including adaptations of Stephen King’s work, The Dead Zone (USA Network), and the series Haven (Syfy), based on his novella The Colorado Kid. Segan’s producing prowess was further propelled through the success of the popular series Greek and Wildfire, and the fan-favorite Sea Change. A strategic collaborator with networks, studios, and talent, he is known for fostering long-term creative partnerships and building content that resonates across borders.

His feature film credits include the cult classic The Boondock Saints and its sequel All Saints Day, Bones starring Snoop Dogg, Blown Away with Jeff Bridges and Tommy Lee Jones, The Bachelor featuring Chris O'Donnell and Renée Zellweger, Judgement Night starring Emilio Estevez, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Denis Leary, and Showtime’s Emmy-nominated biopic Hendrix, along with several highly regarded indie films including Bickford Shmeckler’s Cool Ideas, Wirey Spindell, Sexy Evil Genius, and the award-winning documentaries Jiu Jitsuing Reality and Living With Lew.

Segan is married to Allison Lyon Segan, Executive Director, WIN, a non-profit giving circle devoted to providing grants to underserved youth in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Together, they have two daughters. He is a graduate of Allegheny College, holds a master’s in Professional Studies from New York University, and earned his law degree from Whittier College School of Law.
